Gaziantep Pastanesi has been serving in Edmonton, Enfiled since the year 2007 as a family business however our main baker, Huseyin Eren has over 35 years of baking experience. We specialise in Turkish desserts and offer the finest quality around with a variety of baklavas, fresh cream and icing cakes, biscuits, ice creams and more. In relation to our baklavas, we import our pistachios grown from the city of Gaziantep, Turkey, where they specialise in producing the best quality immature pistachios.

On the other hand, we have developed our own techniques and styles to cakes from decorations to flavours. We offer a variety of birthday cakes, wedding cakes as well as casual celebration cakes. Our biscuits are also very soft but crunchy with an amazing taste especially with a cup to tea so why not give it a go. During the seasons between spring and autumn, we offer traditional Turkish ice cream originating from the city of Kahramanmaras. It has been a tradition of centuries with a fundamental ingredient ‘salep’ also imported from Turkey. We have been working really hard over the years to gain our reputation as a hand baking patisserie with quality and fresh products.
